JPM, Barclays and Wells Fargo Lead Upsized Hornbeck Bond Offering to Raise $375 million
Hornbeck Offshore successfully raised $375 million in an offering of senior unsecured notes managed by Joint-Bookrunners J.P. Morgan, Barclays Capital and Wells Fargo Securities together with Co-Managers Capital One Southcoast, Comerica Securities and DNB Markets. The notes are due in 2020 and pay a coupon of 5.875%. The offering was upsized from $350 million and sold at par with a 432 basis point spread to benchmark US Treasury.
