Missed Opportunity - Universal Offering Pulled
Surely not doomed but certainly anticipated to be a difficult sell, the initial public offering of Universal Maritime was pulled as buyers’ offers fell short of seller’s expectations. In today’s world, goods do not carry a fair price and it is increasingly apparent that they must be discounted. When you add the baggage of a shipping stock, “steep” would be the appropriate adjective.
