Yesterday, after the market closed, Diana Containerships Inc. announced its intention to offer 8.1 million common shares also in an underwritten overnight follow-on offering. The deal was priced today at $6.25/share, a discount of 13.2% from yesterday’s closing price, a slight improvement over that obtained by Box Ships earlier. The offering includes a green shoe of 1.215 million shares.
